Dr. Shareef Jandali received his MD from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He was subsequently accepted to plastic surgery residency training at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the highest-ranked plastic surgery programs in the country. His training included work at the prestigious Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Jandali brings the latest cosmetic and reconstructive techniques in plastic surgery to patients in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and surrounding areas.
Dr. Jandali performs both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. In addition to treating adults, he also treats children after training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the top-ranked in the nation. His individualized, personal approach to each patient allows him to achieve consistent results.
He performs cutting-edge breast reconstruction and offers residents in Fairfield County, Connecticut, oncoplastic breast surgery, one-stage breast reconstruction with implants, nipple-sparing mastectomy reconstruction, and total breast reconstruction with fat grafting. Dr. Jandali also performs facial rejuvenation surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, and body contouring surgeries including liposuction, tummy tucks, and mommy makeovers.

Dr. Shareef Jandali is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction, breast reduction surgery, and cosmetic breast and body contouring procedures. He is known for combining advanced surgical techniques with a personalized approach that helps patients achieve natural-looking results and renewed confidence.
Dr. Jandali received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University, where he graduated near the top of his class. He then completed extensive training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s premier plastic surgery programs.Since entering practice in 2011, Dr. Jandali has developed a reputation for excellence in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
He performs a high volume of breast reconstruction procedures for women undergoing treatment for breast cancer, including implant-based reconstruction, nipple-sparing mastectomy reconstruction, revision breast reconstruction, and advanced microsurgical breast reconstruction.
In addition to breast reconstruction, Dr. Jandali has extensive experience in breast reduction surgery, breast augmentation, breast lift surgery, tummy tuck surgery, and mommy makeover procedures. His goal is to help patients look and feel their best while delivering results that are balanced, natural, and tailored to their individual goals.

Richard Agag, MD

Dr. Richard Agag is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction, breast reduction surgery, and gender-affirming top surgery. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve results that improve both their physical comfort and confidence through individualized, compassionate care.
After completing his Plastic Surgery training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Agag pursued advanced fellowship training in Microsurgical Reconstruction at the University of Pennsylvania. He was subsequently selected as the Jerome P. Webster Fellow by ReSurge International, a prestigious fellowship awarded annually to a single newly trained plastic surgeon, allowing him to provide reconstructive surgical care and education throughout Africa, Asia, and South America.
Prior to joining Jandali Plastic Surgery, Dr. Agag served as Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, the principal teaching hospital for Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Dr. Agag has extensive experience helping women navigate their breast reconstruction options following mastectomy, with expertise ranging from implant-based reconstruction to advanced microsurgical techniques. He also performs breast reduction surgery for women seeking relief from neck, shoulder, and back discomfort while achieving improved breast shape and proportion. In addition, he provides gender-affirming top surgery, working closely with each patient to create a personalized surgical plan that aligns with their goals.
