Dr. Jandali currently participates and is “in-network” with Medicare, Medicaid/Husky, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and ConnectiCare. With all other insurance plans, as well as Anthem Medicare Advantage plan, Dr. Jandali is NOT a participating provider and is “out-of-network”.
